SMALL. ELUSIVE. EXTRAORDINARY.
Black-footed cat
A tiny hunter from southern Africa. A reminder that a remarkable cat doesn’t have to be a famous one.
THE SORORITY AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
40 wild cat species. How many can you name?
Your chapter can help people discover the other 33.
One semester. About 2–4 hours a month.

AN EVOLVING VISION · EST. 2010
Zoo-EV began as a small, privately funded effort to help wild cats. In August 2022, that effort became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a public mission.
Introduce the cats people haven’t met.
Bring attention to the species too often overlooked.
Help the next generation keep learning about wild cats.
Our approach starts with curiosity: introduce alternatives, invite a conversation, and give people something new to care about.
MEET THE OTHER 33
Lions. Tigers. Leopards. You know the names.
Here are a few you’ll want to share.

SMALL. ELUSIVE. EXTRAORDINARY.
A tiny hunter from southern Africa. A reminder that a remarkable cat doesn’t have to be a famous one.

A LITTLE CAT TO KNOW.
One of the world’s smallest wild cats. Your next conversation could be someone’s first introduction.

AN UNFORGETTABLE FACE.
The original grumpy cat of Central Asia. There’s a whole world of wild cats beyond the big names.
THE ATTENTION GAP
Zoo-EV calls them the Charismatic 7 and the Forgotten 33. The famous cats attract the lion’s share of conservation attention and funding. The lesser-known species need people to tell their stories, too.
ONE CAT. AN ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD.
Wild cats can act as umbrella species. Protecting the places they need also helps the plants, birds, and other wildlife sharing that habitat. Their story is bigger than one species.

WHY SORORITIES?
Your chapter has a voice, a community, and a commitment to giving back. Zoo-EV brings the stories. You help them travel.
Start with a conversation, a shared post, or a moment at a chapter meeting. Small introductions can build lasting awareness.
THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
Pick photos, graphics, and captions from Zoo-EV’s content library. Share what fits your chapter’s voice.
Mention Zoo-EV once per semester at a chapter meeting or event. Help your sisters meet the mission.
Tell us what you shared, how it reached people, and what stood out. Your experience matters.
No fundraising quotas. No minimum donation. No pressure.
SUPPORTED FROM THE START
Recruit. Share. Report. We’ll help you get started.
Once you’re in, you’ll receive a welcome kit with a pin and digital toolkit, your own Zoo-EV link-tree page, and access to our content library of graphics, captions, and photos.
A dedicated Zoo-EV contact is there for questions. You won’t have to start from scratch.
Use Zoo-EV-provided content and include a clear disclosure on every ambassador post. The program’s example is:
“Partnering with @Zoo-EV to help protect the world’s wild cats. #ZooEVAmbassador”
Your onboarding contact will confirm the correct account tag for each platform. The disclosure belongs on every post.
Your brief monthly report includes the number of posts published, reach and engagement screenshots from your own account, any chapter meetings or events where you mentioned Zoo-EV, and one line about what stood out.
Zoo-EV sees only what you choose to report and never accesses your personal accounts. Share relevant metrics without including private messages or other people’s personal details.
Real documentation of the work you did and the stories you helped share.
Help Zoo-EV try new clothing and drinkware before they reach the public. Interested ambassadors fill out a separate short interest form; selected participants receive a free sample and complete a product questionnaire.
If the product moves forward, share honest photos or video of using it. There’s no cost and selection isn’t guaranteed. This is entirely optional and separate from the ambassador commitment.
LET’S START A CONVERSATION
Love wild cats? Love sharing something new? Tell us a little about yourself.
Submitting doesn’t commit you or your chapter to participating.
